How to Upload SVG Files into Cricut Design Space

Once you have saved any of the free cut files to your desktop, uploading SVG files into Cricut Design Space is quite easy. You will click the up arrow that says upload and then continue to upload image on the top. From there you can drag the file to the rectangle or hit browse and find it that way. Then you will follow the prompts but for an SVG it should be a simple upload and add to canvas.

Once an SVG is on your Cricut canvas you can start to adjust size and colors. You will be able to see any layers on the side panel which means that each part of the kitchen SVG design will be able to be adjusted to your needs!

Uploading into Silhouette Studio

In order to upload SVG files into Silhouette Studio, you will need to have the at least the Silhouette Designer Edition. The basic edition of Silhouette studio works mainly with DXF files. I have personally upgraded to the Business Edition of Silhouette Studio for the one time fee and it has been the best decision! I love working in Silhouette Studio for designing.

To upload your free Kitchen SVG cut files into Studio you will select the drop down File option and then Open. From here you will select your kitchen SVG vector and it will pop up on a new canvas within Silhouette Studio. From here, you again, will be able to adjust any colors and sizing as needed.

What to Make with Your Free Kitchen SVG Files
