An Introduction to the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Machine:
The HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Machine is a versatile and user-friendly device designed to provide precise and consistent heat application for HTV projects. With its durable construction and advanced technology, this machine is built to handle various crafting tasks, including t-shirt making, bag customization, and layered designs.
The machine itself heats quickly and has a 15×15 inch space for your project. For my trial project I made a t-shirt so thickness wise, I had plenty of space. I could see there being a little trouble with a thicker sweatshirt but overall the space is great.
The HTVRONT Auto Press Machine utilizes advanced heating elements that quickly reach the desired temperature. Moreover, the machine’s even heat distribution ensures that every corner of the heat plate maintains consistent heat, minimizing the risk of heat variations and resulting in superior HTV bonding.
There are adjustment buttons for the temperature (which goes in intervals of 5 degrees F) and can be changed to Celsius. The time can also be adjusted to your needs. There are also presets which can be cycled (as per the HTVRONT website):
- Mode 1: PU HTV ( 300℉ for 15 seconds)
- Mode 2: Glitter HTV ( 330℉ for 20 seconds)
- Mode 3: Transfer Paper ( 320℉ for 15 seconds)
- Mode 4: Sublimation Paper ( 390℉ for 40 seconds)
You can also create two of your own pre-sets PLUS (which I didn’t use but love) there is an Auto setting, perfect for layering vinyl quickly. For this setting you just slide the drawer in and out for it to automatically press to the settings you have placed.
How to use the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press: a super QUICK beginners guide
- Cut out your design using your HTV and weed (remember to mirror)
- Adjust your settings on your HTVRONT auto press machine – you can use their heat guide found here.
- Pre-heat your blank
- Start layering your HTV and cover with the teflon sheet- remember you have to do one layer at a time, unless they don’t overlap
- Slide the drawer in and press the R button – the machine will count down and press evenly
- Once the press is done, slide out the drawer and remove the plastic backing
- Repeat for your next layers – I reduced the time by 5 seconds after the first press
Truly, the HTVRONT Auto Press Machine is such a great piece of equipment – I was thoroughly impressed.
With its impressive features and user-friendly design, the HTVRONT Auto Heat Press Machine proves to be a reliable companion for both beginners and experienced crafters alike. Its robust construction, precise temperature control, and versatility make it an ideal choice for t-shirt making, layered designs, and various HTV projects. Stay tuned as we dive deeper into the machine’s performance and explore its application in creating captivating designs for the upcoming 4th of July celebrations.
